BE978 Epoxy Tooling Board
BE978 Epoxy Tooling Board is a market-leading, medium-temperature, premium epoxy tooling material, designed to provide reliable, consistent performance. BE978 is known for its superior surface finish and excellent dimensional stability.
Suitable for use up to 145 °C, BE978 can be used for direct to part manufacturing. BE978 has an inert surface and is chemically compatible with prepregs.

BP450 Polyurethane Tooling Board
BP450 is a low-density polyurethane (PU) tooling material designed for the manufacture of master models, prototype models, production tools and plugs specifically used in glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) and fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) applications. This material is well suited to the manufacture of foundry patterns, trimming fixtures & film/theatre props.
BP450 produces a very good surface finish off the machine & is very easy to machine & shape
Suitable for use up to 70 °C, BP450 is a low cost alternative to Epoxy tooling board where elevated temperature curing is not a prerequisite.

BP700 Polyurethane Tooling Board
BP700 is a medium-density, polyurethane (PU) tooling material, designed to provide an excellent surface finish for a wide range of applications including the manufacture of patterns and master models, jigs and fixtures, vacuum forming and thermoforming applications.
Suitable for use up to 70C. Ideal for production of plugs for infused carbon female moulds.
